Do your business meetings excite people and get things done?
One of the core activities of any business is its meetings, either with staff or with clients. Some meetings are brilliant at engaging participants and building high levels of commitment. And some of them are not.
What if we could create our business meetings so that they took half the time, got through twice as much business, participants were committed to the outcomes and could not wait to return to the next one?
This is the outcome you will get if you apply ‘Productive Meeting Techniques’, a series of simple, practical, yet counterintuitive tools. These tools have been successfully applied in, in business, in government and in the community.
The essence of ‘Productive Meeting Techniques’ is that they help people to contribute willingly, to listen respectfully, to consider deeply, to decide wisely and to act confidently.
