Small Business Online Queensland (SBOQ) has been established to assist small business operators understand how web sites and other online applications can assist in marketing and streamlining business processes to increase productivity and profitability. Furthermore, it will remove the mystique surrounding web design, encouraging online activity, leading to improved understanding between web designers and business operators and ultimately, small business web sites that produce real outcomes.

The program is delivered using an integrated yet flexible learning approach consisting of live introductory/Q&A sessions interwoven with online learning materials downloaded from the Small Business Online Qld web site.
